We will work with you on the selection and appointment of specialist services such as surveyors, architects, structural and building service engineers.
We will assist in the preparation of specification and tender documentation. The formulation of pre-qualification questionnaires for contractors and competitive procurement processes and provide the vetting of suitable candidates prior to awarding contracts.
We will ensure they fulfill all contractual obligations including adhering to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, and provide evidence of the safe disposal of all waste from site. We will also make certain they meet all their environmental obligations and commitments and document their processes and procedures.
