Regular maintenance programs will not totally prevent equipment or component failures or system breakdowns, but will sustain the natural life time of equipment whilst identifying potential equipment issues that should be incorporated within future fiscal budgetary planning.
As a consequence, your reactive maintenance procedures will be agreed with pre-defined service level agreements for each service and incorporated within your overall specific building plan.
